If something still doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the right to return within 14 days from the day you receive your package.

Returns will be charged with a fixed rate per country (see table below) which covers a part of the expenses that occur for returns. The amount will be deducted from your refund after we received your parcel.

Unfortunately we can not accept returns of online orders in our Vienna store.
Please note that we don’t offer exchanges. If you would like to have a different size or color, please place a new order.
Please use the DHL return label for all returns. To receive your DHL return label please follow the instructions below.
1. Choose your country in the form below (it is essential you choose the right country - otherwise the return label will be incorrect) and then click on the displayed link. You will be forwarded to a DHL-Form.

2. Fill in your data and submit. You will then receive a DHL return label.
3. Pack your return in the original package and safely include:
- the product you would like to return (unused and undamaged, with corresponding price tags)
- the return form you received with your order
- please select the products you would like to return
- please choose a reason for your return - this information is very helpful feedback for us!
German Customers: please note that you don’t need to print the label, you may also take the package to a DHL service point and show the provided DHL-QR-Code. The service employee should be able to print the return label for you.
5. Bring the package to a DHL service point. You can find the nearest one HERE.
6. The payment will be refunded within 14 days with the same payment method you chose for your order. If you paid with Klarna, please also note this in your Klarna app to avoid extra charges. If you paid with gift card and a second payment method Shopify will automatically chose the refund method with the least transactions.
If you wish to send the package with another provider, you can do so at your own expanse. In this case we do not refund the return shipping costs and have to charge the fixed return rate anyway. We advise you to send all items back with a transport company that provides an insured track & trace service to the following address:
