If something still doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the right to return within 14 days from the day you receive your package.

All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for return. In comparison to fast fashion retailers who usually destroy returns to save cost, we do take time to check all returns thoroughly and prepare them for resale to guarantee every customer a perfect experience. Please help us do that by sending them nicely folded in the original packaging. Sustainability starts with respect towards everything and everyone in the process.

For all our delivery destinations we offer free returns. To receive your free of cost return label please follow the instructions below.

Please note that we don’t offer exchanges. If you would like to have a different size or color, please place a new order.

1. Click on the displayed link below. You will be forwarded to our logistic partners return page. Fill in and submit your data according to form. If all the data has been entered correctly, the form will appear green and you will receive an e-mail from pack&weg!.

2. Print the label you have received by e-mail, attach it to the package and bring the parcel to your next shipping point.

3. Pack the goods you wish to return with corresponding price tags in the original package and safely include the return form you received with your order. Please select the products on the form and chose a reason for your return - this information is very helpful feedback for us! Make sure all zippers and buttons are closed and all items are nicely folded.

4. The payment will be refunded within 14 days with the same payment method you chose for your order. If you paid with Klarna, please also note this in your Klarna app to avoid extra charges. If the items are very crammed or otherwise in a bad condition and need extra care, the refund might take longer and the incurring cost will be deducted from the refund!

Please note that we only offer free returns with the provided return label as described above. If you wish to send the package with another provider, you can do so at your own expense. In this case we do not refund the return shipping costs. We advise you to send all items back with a transport company that provides an insured track & trace service to the following address:
