Our TAYLOR dress is available from XXS to XXL.This item is true to size according to our size chart.
This short sleeved wrap around dress comes with side pockets, an elastic waistline and an elastic sleeve hem. Although it is rather a fitted dress it is still adjustable in the waist and gives you comfort due to the elastic.
Model is 171cm tall and wears a size S. Her bustline is 81cm and her waistline is 89cm.

Please bear in mind that due to the natural fibers the garment will shrink approximately 5% after the first wash, which translates to 5cm per 100cm in total length - if you still feel like changing length or width of your garment, we recommend washing it before handing it to the tailor of your choice!

Cupro, also known as Bemberg™ is made from natural base materials such as cotton linter or cotton waste. It is chemically transformed into a synthetic fiber and is manufactured in a 99% closed loop process by Asahi Kasei. If you want to know more about it, please check our: Sustainability Guide
To make sure you can enjoy this garment for a long time we recommend using liquid detergent, a low temperature wash and low spin cycle (30° and max 400 spin/delicates) or a hand wash cycle. When ironing please use low pressure and no more than 150°C of heat, thats usually the level 1-2 on your iron. Turn the garment inside out to iron! We recommend to tumble dry or steam the item in order to achieve the original velvet look and touch.
Due to the structure of the fabric the pieces are prone to white streaks after washing which can be related to water hardness.
The sewing thread we use is made of lyocell - a natural fiber instead of polyester - which leads to slightly different results. Seams will look shrunken when you take the garment out of the washing machine. Please do not stretch them when wet, the seams will relax while steaming or ironing.
All our elastics are made of organic cotton and natural rubber, REACH certified - no petrol, no child labour involved - we pre-washed it to minimize shrinkage, please do not iron them.
All MOP (mother of Pearl) butons in our collection are GOTS certified.
A shrinkage of 5% may occur! Which translates to 5cm per 100cm in total length, please consider this when you order.
